PA-165 G28. A very rare note from a bank that only lasted until 1817. Greensburgh (now spelled without the "h") is the seat of Westmoreland County. This is the first we have seen. The note has some missing pieces and internal splits, and is shored up by some stamp hinges on the back. NO RETURNS.
