A really nice example of a much scarcer early Confederate type that is bright and extremely well margined. PCGS notes some problems but, in all fairness, they are the same issues that plague virtually all known T-11 notes. In the past year or two we have seen a couple of really suspect VG/Fine examples with lots of problems selling for several hundred dollars each. This delightful example should be making a triumphant entrance into one lucky person's collection after this evening. Splits, tears, repairs, backing.
