We don't typically like to bicker with third-party grading but this red back Fessenden certainly appears to have been graded with a conservative eye. Bright bronze, great color and seemingly bottomless embossing attest to what should be the Exceptional Paper Quality designation which the margins and centering are those of a solid Gem and then some. Do not expect this to sell for typical '64' money of around $300.
