Grade: PMG Gem UNC 65 EPQ
An astounding example for the grade since the note has superb signatures, exceptionally bold printing and mountainous embossing. PMG does comment 'with selvage' but your cataloger has always been of the opinion that notes such as this with broad sheet margins can pretty much be any grade that you think they should be. The merits of the note will decide its value.
