The Richmond district is second in scarcity only to the crushingly rare Minneapolis district. This is an extremely high-grade example for this note and one which is rarely achieved. This note represents a new low observed serial number in Schwartz/Lindquist. Boldly printed and deeply embossed it meets all the requirements for the grade. The catalog value of $700 in Gem CU is most definitely too little.
