The solid surcharge Fessenden notes were printed on fiber paper. The paper cracked very easily when folded which explains why most of these are damaged. This one is no exception with a corner severed and tape repaired, minor stains, and a small edge nick. The AU grade makes this one of the nicer examples that you will find.
