Grade: PCGS Apparent Fine 15
A well signed Confederate note that is not easy to find in high grade and without problems (high grade meaning VF or better). The fact that this note is fully framed puts it ahead of most of the other Fine and even lower end VF notes you will find as it simply has better eye appeal. With lower end VFs broaching the $2,000 mark it isn't such a stretch to see this one test the upper hundreds of dollars. Mounting remnants on back.
