Grade: PCGS VF 35 PPQ
This "1" and "a" Fractional is the key to the Type II Spinner notes. It has great margins on all sides, deep embossing at every turn and a modicum of light folds to its credit. The last auction record we can seem to find in this grade was over a year ago; a PCGS VF 35PPQ that brought $184 in a much different market.
