Located in the western tip of Virginia, Norton is geographically located within Wise County, but is totally independent politically from the county. This is the highest graded note to appear out of the 28 notes recorded, as there were a couple of sheets that were cut up, as many matching serials are noted, just with different prefixes. This is the first small size to appear in five years at auction.
