A very bright and attractive example of this straight edge, no monogram note that is generally accepted as the scarcest of the 16 First Issue Fractional varieties. We observe some light handling through the holder but that seems to be all that accounts for the grade. PCGS has only graded three CU examples of this number which makes this Ch. AU note look like a keeper.
