This is hands down the nicest 15c note we have seen here in a very long time. It has enormous margins, dead-on centering and clearly original paper. It is bright and colorful with the larger Treasury seal and blue right end. In high grade this Friedberg number is far scarcer than Fr. 1267 or Fr. 1271. The Green Sheet asking price is $1,100 in this grade which is utterly ridiculous. By comparison, a Fr. 1271 in a PCGS Superb Gem 67 PPQ holder sold recently for $3,680 and this one has far better margins and centering.
