An exciting condition rarity of this abysmally common bank. Virtually all of the $5 Third Charter notes are circulated with a mere handful that have survived in such a pristine state. The note itself is extremely bright, boldly printed and with exceptionally powerful embossing. PMG notes there is minor rust but we have examined this note at length and cannot find a blessed thing. Through the holder it looks like a lovely near Gem and out of the holder it probably is as well.
