This is charter #13, the second bank chartered in Cleveland, and there are only three large notes reported on the bank. This note was the last example offered on this bank over a decade ago (2002). It has excellent pen signatures and decent color for the grade, but there is some roughness on the edges. Certainly one of the rarities of the David Davis Collection.
