A deceptively scarce note that rarely ever shows up at auction. This note is tied for Top Pop with one other in the PCGS Population Report. Exceptionally well margined and superbly embossed without a hint of a problem. The Schwartz/Lindquist guide values this much higher at $400 in Ch. CU and we concur with that assessment.
