Grade: PCGS Apparent XF 40
Only two denominations were printed for this tougher issue and this one has the 'bird escaping cage' vignette. The detail is really closer to that of AU but there are a couple of minor ink stains on the back. Superbly signed and with much better detail than what we normally encounter. Newman values this at $2,000 in XF with no better grade given.
