While not a particularly rare issue an overwhelming majority of notes are seen in the Fine to VF grade range. Boldly signed and well margined AU examples such as this are few and far between. PCGS hasn't maintained a Colonial census as of yet but I'm guessing you can count the AUs on one hand. Listed at $900 in UNC in the new Newman reference, but those are virtually nonexistent.
