A really choice example for the grade of this type that almost always is seen with condition problems and which is almost always trimmed poorly. A fully framed example on all sides with the margins being generally huge all around and without a hint of a problem. Do not be surprised if your sub triple digit bid gets blown out of the water once the hammer falls.
