A very popular "forbidden title" bank as it has the term United States National Bank in the title. President Jno. H. Waters managed the bank and this town of course is famous for being devastated by a flood on May 31, 1889. Wonderfully margined and boldly signed with small size examples of this bank far exceeding their earlier large size counterparts.
