A very scarce York County bank that has a mere nine representatives in the census. A quartet of Third Charter examples are known, all $10 Plain Backs, and this is easily the nicest of the lot. In the past few years we have seen far lesser examples selling for close to four-figure prices and despite this note's two small splits it should easily go over the $1,000 mark. Splits.
