Of all the notes PCGS has graded in the past six years they have only graded three of this very scarce specimen, with this example being Top Pop and by a wide margin at that. This is a delightful note with wonderfully printed design elements, bright paper and boldly printed portraits of both Generals Grant and Sherman. The Spinner signature was a little to heavily applied as there is some minor ink erosion in the "F" and "E" letters. Otherwise a gorgeous and problem-free example. When these do appear in almost any decent grade they realize a four figure price and we are quite certain this one will find a satisfied collector who will treasure it for what it is.
