This is a very scarce Worcester bank that was liquidated at the beginning of 1906. Just 10 notes are reported; surprisingly, all of them are first charters with the exception of three 1902 dateback notes, of which this example is the sole $10 note. A premium note for the savvy Massachusetts collector.
