With only 2,000 printed this is far and away the scarcest denomination from this challenging issue. Signatures of Jacob Motte, Alexander Moultrie and Thomas Waring. PCGS notes there are splits, repairs and backing. Three huge margins and an average fourth surround this note. An excellent opportunity for the South Carolina specialist to fill a gaping hole. Newman values this at $4,000 in VG (four times greater than the other denominations) with no higher grade given.
