Grade: PCGS Superb Gem New 67 PPQ
Sometimes we look at notes that have been third-party graded and shake our heads back and forth wondering what happened. We are still shaking our heads this time but not as woefully as is usually the case. What prevents this note from a '68', '69' or '70' grade is anyone's guess because it sure seems to have deserved it.
