While the lower denomination notes are somewhat more available, such is not the case for the high denomination Proofs of this type. Currently one of four known and every bit deserving of its Gem designation. Superbly printed with central vignette of a spread eagle with shield in talons while being flanked at the left and right sides of the note by a circular portrait of President Washington. A stunning black and white proof that is uncancelled and extremely desirable.
