One of only three $5 Second Charter Date Backs on this better Middlesex County bank. A much better type and the only note to be auctioned in recent times. In 2009 a problemed VG/Fine piece sold for over $600 and this note is far better. PCGS notes minor fading of overprint and a small paper pull on back.
