They just don't make large size notes much prettier than this one. Cavernous embossing, behemoth margins and perfect centering make this an absolute treasure for the bidder lucky enough to claim it. The census shows a couple of AU examples then this one is next in quality. We sold this same note for $1,980 in our November 2001 sale and it could reach that figure again tonight.
