An enormously margined and wonderfully centered example of this much scarcer Second Issue specimen. Of all the Second Issue wide specimens this is by far the most valuable one, and by a long shot at that, especially in the Gem grades. The Green Sheet asking price of $455 in Gem 65 should be pulverized by this example.
