Really a very scarce green back Justice note with probably fewer than 20 known in all grades. No CU notes are known and even AU and XF notes are legitimately rare. When collectors want a piece for their collections they have to settle for a F/VF note, often plagued with problems. PMG notes discoloration and that the right end has been repaired and reconstructed. A great note and probably one of the ten scarcest fractional numbers.
