An exceptional Chenango County bank note with all but the ugliest pieces selling for solid four-figure prices. A large only bank that exited the banking scene in 1912. The only other example that has sold in the past few years was a PCGS Fine 15 which brought $2,820. This has been repaired and reconstructed at the right end but it faces up superbly and will be hotly contested before the hammer falls.
