This is a very scarce southern Illinois issuer with this note originally having sold for about $540 over a decade ago. Incredibly bright and attractive and likely the nicest example known so far as we can tell. PCGS mentions there are some stains and minor discoloration but they appear to be confined to the back and not particularly noteworthy.
