Grade: PCGS Gem New 65 PPQ
A very high grade perforated Fractional with PCGS only having seen one better than this and PMG, who has been notoriously more lenient with Gem Fractionals, has graded three better. Either way this is a very scarce note at this grade level. That PCGS Gem 66 PPQ is virtually identical to the present offering and it sold for $2,350 less than three years ago.
