A very interesting title as it is both "fourth and first." A great example for a state capital set with this being the second title on the bank. A spectacular example that could have just as easily been found in a gem holder of some sort. We sold C028611A in our 2010 CPMX sale for $1,150 and Heritage sold C028612A earlier this year in a PMG 63 holder for $763.75.
