On its own merits this gem Hoer note is roughly a $500 item. It has great signatures, plentiful margins and superior centering. What makes it much more special is that is was issued in San Antonio, TX, thereby making it a Trans-Mississippi issued note. While there have been some seen recently, none can compare to the state of preservation of this piece. In the past couple of years we have seen nice Ch. AU examples topping the $500 mark and they can't hold a candle to this note. The finest one that we have seen and likely the finest for quite some time to come.
