Watertown Black River Bank $1 Proof
Grade: PMG Ch. UNC 64 Net
A very scarce early black and white Proof that is printed on India paper and mounted on cardstock with six HPCs seen along the signature lines. We don't often rail against the assessments of third-party grading but the missing corner tip must have been viewed with a scanning electron microscope because anyone else would have called this the lovely near Gem Proof that it is.
