An utterly rare small size example of the city affectionately known as the 'beef capital of the world' and the 'town without a toothache'. This is one of three known and they are all relatively low grade. An evenly circulated example with bright paper and ample margins on all sides. Once this opportunity passes, all but one advanced Texas collector will have to resign himself to the fact that he is 'all hat and no cattle'.
