High grade examples of this later New Jersey issue are rarely available with such eye appeal as this. Lightly folded, with stunning print quality and bold signatures as well as some light corner discoloration. For those that aren't familiar with this issue these margins are actually quite acceptable as notes are typically trimmed into the design on multiple borders. Newman lists this at $1,000 in Extremely Fine and $2,000 in UNC which might not be entirely inaccurate in today's Colonial market place.
