A very pretty example of this early Legal Tender type that has some edge repairs and redrawn design at a couple corners as well as rust stains. Superbly margined and with exceptional color, this note has a center fold and some corner handling. A typical AU sells in the neighborhood of $1,500-$1,750 and we have recently seen apparent graded XF/AU notes hit the $1,000 mark.
