A stunning example of this scarcer 1770s Pennsylvania issue which features the vignette of the Philadelphia City jail or the Walnut Street Workhouse as it was referred to then. A horizontal center fold is noted and this note has some of the best margins we have seen for this issue as they rarely are found with four full and complete margins.
