Grade: PCGS VF 30 PPQ
This T-22 note is one of the nicest that we can recall having handled in a long time. It is fully framed on all sides which is a feat in itself as so many of this type have at least one tight margin. The ink colors on this particular note are as bright and bold as it comes. The prices on these jump when you get to the VF grade and XF or better examples rarely exist.
