One of the nicest examples listed in the census from this, the only issuer from this Hot Springs County location. Bright and fresh with great margins and centering and very little in the way of hard folds. With the appearance of a fully XF note when viewed from the face. Most of the 30 or so enumerated in the census are in advanced collections which explains why so few find their way to auction. When they do they virtually always realize some type of four-figure price, even when lower grade and problems.
