PCGS has only graded four examples of this much scarcer solid surcharge subtype. While there are some small edge tears noted this is a far above average example for the type. The printing is bold and the surcharges are crystal clear. A problem-free example in this grade would test the four-figure mark and we are not certain that this note won't get there based upon its superior eye appeal.
