Penn Yan Bank of Bainbridge $20 Proof

Yet another proof that we rarely ever seem to encounter. Printed on India paper only with the ABNC stamp on the back and six HPCs present along the signature lines. Some of the darkest printing that we can remember having seen on a proof is possessed by this note. A truly miniscule tear extends from one of the cancels but it is virtually invisible unless one looks up close. The main vignette is of a steaming locomotive with a couple of laborers in the foreground.
