Grade: PCGS Apparent XF 40
A better early type that is more available up through VF grade but which becomes decidedly scarcer in XF or better condition. PCGS notes there is a masked stain near top left. Bright and colorful with pretty good margins for the type and bold signatures. This same note sold in an Heritage Auction sale a couple of years back for $587.50.
