A full frame line can be seen on all sides of this exceptionally high grade T-42 Confederate note. Any CU example of this type is a scarce occurrence but a note this close to the Gem grade is almost unthinkable since we can't find any record of one having sold publicly. If we can use PMG's Population Report to extrapolate they have graded 89 T-42 notes with only one in this grade and one better. A stellar note befitting any Confederate Registry Set from either service.
