An ever-popular type which is printed on fiber paper and displays a solid bronze overprint. Three sizeable margins and a tighter fourth are noticed with this being a particularly intriguing example due to the fact that the '2' and '5' surcharges have been primarily obscured. PCGS notes a corner tape repair, minor stains and a small edge nick. Virtually all of these have some problems due to the fact that they are rather brittle and were damaged easily.
