A much tougher North Carolina issue and one that was not found en masse in the hoard. This is the only denomination that your cataloger has seen in his vast number of years in the business. It has the usual multitude of minor issues but none are too serious and the note does remain wholly intact. This is a real plus considering how many of these have missing pieces. Splits, tears, damage, repairs, pieces replaced and redrawn.
