A much tougher Collin County note that returns home after we sold it as part of the J.L. Irish Collection back in 1997. Extremely popular as a two-state National with an modicum of light folds evident. The minor stains noted by PMG are trivial at best, particularly at this grade level. This note lands at the top of the census for this bank since all the known notes are found in the VG/Fine range. Minor stains.
