On the surface this seems like a very common note, which it is. What is uncommon is for it to appear in a Gem holder. The note has great margins, excellent centering and is oozing with originality. The Green Sheet ask is $260 in Gem 65 grade and the only recent auction result we can locate one brought over $400 in this grade.
