Houston reissue. A very satisfying Ch. New Hoer note that has superb paper quality. The back shows a couple of unboxed interest-paid notations and then below is the all-important "RE-ISSUED, Houston, March 18, 1863." These Trans-Mississippi reissues are always highly prized by Confederate collectors.
