50c Experimental Second Issue Transposed "63" Surcharge

This note is from the Ford XIX sale that was held in Atlanta in October 2007. It is an experimental note with great margins, bright bronze and exceptional paper. No half-moon cancels are seen like this on the more commonly seen Experimentals. What makes this a neat item is that it has the "18-63" surcharges but the right surcharge looks like an upside down "39." If memory serves correctly it is actually a "6" with a transposed "3" surcharge, but please don't hold us to that.
